Easy 6-Step Return Guide
To qualify for a return, your product(s) must be in new condition and within 30 days of receipt. Please follow these steps to process your return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@kafanicapetown.com with any questions you may have.
- Our team will provide you with the return address.
- Package and return your item(s). Please note that you are responsible for providing the return shipping label and for the return costs.
- Our team will keep you updated throughout the return process.
- Once we receive your return, our team will notify you.
- Your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Returning Items
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please include the tracking number with your return. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll process a refund for the purchase price. All returns must be registered through our customer service team before being sent back.
Received a Faulty Item?
If you receive a faulty item, contact our support team immediately and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- The damaged item’s name
- A description of the issue
- A photo clearly showing the fault
If the damage occurred during delivery, include a photo of the damaged parcel. Claims for delivery damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note, we cannot process refunds, exchanges, or replacements without proof of damage.
Received the Wrong Item?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team right away with the following information:
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn’t receive
- The name of the item you received
- A photo of the item you received
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Faulty Products
Returns for faulty, damaged, or defective items are free of charge.
Returning Items for Other Reasons
If you ordered the wrong size, changed your mind, or no longer want the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Be sure to obtain a return receipt for tracking purposes.
